The context

Property services involve recurring tasks, several roles and frequent handoffs. Information may sit in messages, separate documents or verbal instructions.

The problem

People need different information to request, manage or deliver the same service. A single manual or unstructured message thread makes it difficult to find the right instruction at the right time.

The design question was: how could services, responsibilities and practical details become one clear workflow without showing every user the full operational complexity?

What was designed

The concept mapped service requests, roles, handoffs and procedures. Information was organised around four user perspectives.

Property Owners & Hosts

Service status, reporting and verification without detailed task instructions.

General Customers

Clear service choices, expectations and booking steps without operational jargon.

Field Workers & Technicians

Task details, procedures, locations and evidence requirements at the point of work.

Operations Managers

Rules, assignments, handoffs and service checks across the workflow.

How it worked

Each role received the information needed for its decisions and tasks. Procedures were connected to the relevant service step instead of stored in a separate manual.

One service could have a shared workflow while still giving owners, customers, workers and managers a different view.

What was learned

Operational knowledge becomes easier to use when it follows the work rather than the organisation chart. People need the right instruction at the handoff, decision or task—not every detail of the full system.

The concept also shows how completion records and feedback could identify recurring problems and guide later improvements.

Current status

NexoKep is a studio-developed concept. It is shown as a representation of a repeatable service workflow, not as a paid client project or evidence of commercial results.
